Section A of the MYP Design Cycle — Inquiring and Analyzing — is important because it helps you understand the problem before trying to solve it.
In this section, you:
Research what already exists and what others have done.
Identify what people actually need or want.
Explain why the problem matters.
Set clear goals for your own project.
By doing this, you make sure your solution is based on real information, not guesses. It’s about thinking deeply before creating — like being a detective before becoming an inventor.
